You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Only upload photos that you have the right to use, and do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
If you violate these terms, including but not limited to uploading photos without proper rights, using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or engaging in harmful conduct, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Such actions may include:
We will apply these measures based on the severity and frequency of the violation. When feasible, we will provide notice before taking action, except in cases involving immediate harm, legal requirements, or fraud. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may contact us using the method provided on the site to request a review.
Results and recommendations are for informational and styling purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, cosmetic, or professional advice.
The free scan processes its original photo in the browser and its report link expires after two days. The optional Full Report uses a separate source-photo upload flow. See the Privacy Policy for the current data-flow and retention details.
The Full Face Report is available for purchase at $16.99 USD as a one-time payment. A purchase can be started only from an eligible Full Report session after you complete the free analysis. This is not a subscription — there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. Payment is processed through Waffo, our payment service provider. Once payment is completed, you will receive access to your Full Face Report.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase upon request. Since the Full Face Report is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel. To request a refund, please contact us at support@faceloria.com or use the contact form available on our website. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Your use of the service, including uploads, prompts, and generated output, is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy explains prohibited AI content, our review process, reporting channel, and enforcement measures.
