Free analysis

The free attractiveness scan uses MediaPipe Face Landmarker in your browser. The original image used for that scan is not uploaded by the free-analysis flow. Encrypted analysis results are saved with a session identifier so the report can be reopened; the free report link expires after two days.

Optional Full Report

The Full Report has a separate source-photo upload step. The browser uploads that source photo to configured object storage through a time-limited upload URL, and the report session stores a reference to that file. Uploaded Full Report source photos are automatically deleted within 48 hours of upload. Your report data and analysis results remain available after the source photo is deleted, but the original photo will no longer be accessible.

Payments

When you purchase a Full Face Report, payment is processed through Waffo, our payment service provider. Full Report checkout is available only from an eligible report session after the free analysis. We collect and process the information necessary to complete your purchase, including your email address and payment details as handled by Waffo. Payment information is processed securely by Waffo and is not stored on our servers.

Account and technical data

If you create an account, we store the information needed for authentication, including account and session records. The app may record service events needed to operate reports, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. Analytics integrations run only when enabled by deployment configuration; the free-analysis flow does not send its original photo to those integrations.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers to operate our service. These providers process data on our behalf for the following purposes:

• Content Moderation: SeeAPI is used to perform NSFW content filtering on uploaded photos to ensure appropriate use of the service.
• Object Storage: Cloudflare R2 (an S3-compatible storage service) stores Full Report source photos uploaded by users.
• AI Processing: We use AI model providers through OpenRouter and GLM to generate image edits and analysis features.
• PDF Generation: Doppio is used to generate PDF versions of Full Reports.
• Email Delivery: Resend handles transactional emails such as account verification, password reset, and report delivery notifications.
• Payment Processing: Payment transactions are processed through Waffo, our payment service provider, which handles your payment information securely.
• Authentication: Google Sign-In is available as an authentication option for account creation and login.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes described and to protect your information.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data and account at any time.

• Account and Data Management: If you have created an account, you can delete your account and associated data through your account settings page under the Security section. This will permanently remove your account, authentication records, and session data.
• Photo and Report Data: To request deletion of photos or report data associated with your Full Report sessions, please contact us at support@faceloria.com or use the contact form on our website.
• Response Time: We will respond to data access, correction, or deletion requests within 30 days. For verification purposes, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing your request.
• Free Tool Processing: The free attractiveness scan processes photos entirely in your browser. The original photos used for free analysis are not uploaded to our servers, only the computed analysis results are saved with a session identifier that expires after two days.
